Clinicflow AI is a specialized AI agent that helps medical clinics handle patient communication at scale. It connects to a clinic’s WhatsApp number to answer questions, guide patients, and streamline appointment workflows.

The agent understands clinic policies, services, working hours, pricing ranges, and doctor availability through a structured knowledge base. When needed, it can seamlessly pass the conversation to a human.

Challenge

• Clinics were overwhelmed by repetitive inquiries on WhatsApp (working hours, services, directions, pricing, insurance, etc.).
• Manual appointment scheduling/rescheduling led to delays and missed opportunities.
• Teams needed a safe way to let AI help without losing control over sensitive conversations.

We built a secure, clinic-ready AI layer on top of WhatsApp using Next.js and LangChain, powered by OpenAI. Admins connect their WhatsApp number, define the clinic knowledge base, and the agent handles conversations automatically.
